Toilet Projects
We constructed modern disabled-friendly toilets for boys and girls in Mwiteithia, Karoroha & Gituru & primary schools.
Women and Girls
1,300 Women and Girls trained on the prevention of Gender violence.
2,400 Women and Girls trained on equal rights to economic opportunities and rights to own properties.
900 Women and Girls trained on clauses of the Kenyan constitution about gender equality.
Tree Planting.
We have restored forest cover on over 45 acres of land in the Aberdare ranges and along Sasumwa Dam, and trained members of Community Forest Associations (CFAs) on forest protection and tree nursery establishment.
Garbage Collection
Involvement in garbage collection and cleanup activities in the Engineer and Njabini towns, and sensitizing pupils on proper handwashing.
